Who are you?

I was born in Miami and raised in Winter Park, Florida, so I’m a true Floridian. I’m the youngest of two older brothers, and I’m really close with both of them. One of my brothers is actually my best friend, which says a lot about how tight-knit my family is. We’re a small family overall. Both of my parents were only children, so I grew up in a close, very family-focused environment.

I went to a small Christian high school in Orlando with a graduating class of about 150 people. After that, I knew I wanted a much bigger college experience, which led me to Florida State University. I was there during the national championship year with Jameis Winston (Go ‘Noles!), which was pretty amazing to be a part of.

Sports and I have always had a bit of a complicated relationship. I like to say I’m more of an independent athlete. I tried volleyball, but coordinated activities were never really my strength. I did dance competitively up until high school, and eventually decided I wanted to step back and actually enjoy my high school years instead.

After college, I met my husband through mutual friends, even though we grew up just 10 minutes away from each other and somehow never met. When we finally did meet, we realized we were living on the same street at the time. Small world moments like that seem to follow me.

Outside of work, my husband and I love to travel, and we’re big foodies. Trying new restaurants and planning our next trip are two of our favorite things to do together.

What’s your favorite thing to binge right now?

Lately, I’ve been bouncing between a few shows depending on who I’m watching with. The new season of The Pitt has been so good. It’s one of those shows my husband and I actually agree on. It’s great, and one of my friends is a doctor and always talks to me about how close to realistic it is.

I’m also watching Tell Me Lies season three, but that one is definitely more for my friends. It’s a little much for my husband. Shrinking is another favorite. It’s great, but also kind of sad at times. It honestly feels like therapy, which I guess is not a bad thing. His & Hers is another good one, too. I really love that a lot of the books I’ve read are becoming shows.

I don’t really watch reality TV. There are just so many good, scripted shows out there, and I don’t feel like I have time for something without substance. If I’m going to binge something, I want it to actually be worth the time.

Who were your heroes / inspirations growing up?

My biggest inspiration growing up was definitely my dad. He lost his own father when he was six years old and was raised by a single mom, so he had to overcome a lot of obstacles early on in life. That experience really shaped who he became and how he approached both work and family.

He graduated from the University of Florida, went into public accounting, worked his way up through corporate America, and eventually started his own land development company. He’s very successful, but what always stood out to me most is how much he truly loves what he does. He goes to work every day with that mindset, and even though he’s always working, he genuinely enjoys it.

Growing up, he raised us to earn what we got. At the time, that was definitely annoying, but it helped me grow and taught me the value of hard work. When I was younger, I thought I wanted to work with him one day, but instead, he pushed me to want more and do more on my own. I love him for that, and I’m really grateful for the example he set for me.

If you were on death row and had one final meal, what would it be?

I genuinely thought I did something wrong when you first asked this question. For appetizers, it has to be Hillstone’s smoked salmon. It’s the best smoked salmon you’ll ever have, served with an aioli on a cracker. I stand by that.

For my entrée, I’m going with some kind of carbonara pasta. I’m not picky about which one, as long as it’s rich, comforting, and worth it. Dessert is easy. Tiramisu, always.

And I know this doesn’t really go with the rest of the meal, but it’s my last one, so I’m adding a skinny margarita because that’s my drink of choice these days.

Do you have any hidden talents?

Honestly, no. I really had to think about this one. I even asked ChatGPT what my hidden talents might be because I truly had no idea. Apparently, I’m good at translating chaos into clarity, and I have a mix of good taste and logic, but with a very budget-friendly approach. I’ll take it.

I guess if I had to name something more concrete, I’m weirdly good at jumping rope. I actually won a Jump Rope for Heart competition in middle school, which just further proves that I’m much better at individual activities than anything requiring coordination with other people.

What is the best rom-com of all time?

This is a hard one, but How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days is always at the top of my list. I love Kate Hudson, and honestly, anything she’s in, I’m a fan. It’s funny and wholesome, and it’s silly without being too dumb. It’s also one of those rare rom-coms that actually appeals to everyone, including my husband.

I also have to give a shoutout to The Wedding Singer. It’s so underrated. It’s always on TV, but somehow so many people still haven’t seen it. I just love Adam Sandler, so you know 50 First Dates is a favorite as well. It’s just so sweet and never gets old.

Did you find Tandym, or did we find you?

Tandym found me. Technically, Chris Moulton from the M&A team found us while I was at Kolter before Tandym acquired the company.

I was pretty involved in the process and worked closely with Dawn Newton throughout it. She’s still my favorite person at the company, and I love her. Change is hard, no matter how well it goes, and this one definitely came with its challenges. I had to say goodbye to a lot of team members I worked with for a long time, and Kolter was something I helped build from the ground up, so letting go of that was not easy.

The transition itself appeared challenging, but honestly, Dawn made it feel seamless. We worked so closely together and had so much fun getting everything done that it made the whole process feel easier than I expected. Now we’re almost two years in, two years next week actually, and things are great.

You have to build a 4-person Tandym team to survive a week with no Wi-Fi. Who’s on it and why?

Dawn absolutely has to be on my team. Somehow, some way, she would figure out how we’re all still communicating. I don’t know how she’d do it, but I trust her completely.

Jill Bragg is another must. She writes everything down, so I know she’d have every important detail safely documented in her notebook. No Wi-Fi, no problem.

Lisa Rizzo would be my third pick. We’ve been working so closely together, and she’s such a pleasure to work with. She’s focused, thoughtful, and always brings real value to everything she does, which would be especially important in a situation like that.

What was it like to hear you won “Teammate of the Month”?

I was honestly so surprised, but also really honored. At first, I was just shocked. Then I immediately started scrambling to read what people were saying about me, and somehow at the same time, I got nervous because I realized everyone could see my reaction on the screen. I definitely was not prepared for that. I couldn’t even focus because I was suddenly worried about what I looked like and what I was doing, so I felt very frazzled in the moment.

Afterwards, I actually went back and rewatched it and took a picture of the slide so I could really read everything people said. That part meant so much to me. It was really special to hear from my team, and even from people who aren’t on my team. Melanie Eisenberg isn’t even on my team, and she said such kind things, which completely surprised me!

It genuinely made me feel really good. I love my team so much, and I truly think I have the best team in the company. They all work so hard, and I’m always trying to work just as hard for them. Seeing that recognized and knowing that effort isn’t lost meant a lot to me.

If you were a WWE wrestler, what would be your walkout song?

It would be “Miami” by Morgan Wallen. I love that song. It’s so good. Have you heard it? I’m also completely obsessed with Morgan Wallen. He’s by far my favorite artist.

My husband and I went to his concert in Miami in June, and he had just redone the song with Lil Wayne. He walked out to it, and it was so cool. I remember thinking in that moment that I wish I were that cool and could just walk out to that song. So that would definitely be my pick. It’s a total banger.

What are your goals for 2026 with Tandym?

This year, I took on a bigger team, so one of my main goals has been to really get to know my team. I want to better understand their accounts, their strengths, and the areas where they need support so I can help each of them be successful.

I loved being a salesperson, but I honestly love being a leader even more. Watching people hit their goals and grow in their roles is what motivates me the most. My team has some big goals for themselves this year, and anything I can do to help them get there makes me happy. There’s honestly nothing better than seeing those small wins click, like watching Tori Sposato finally book a meeting she’s been working toward. Moments like that can make my entire week.

On a broader level, we also have some big goals in healthcare this year, especially around growing our footprint in the APP space. Hitting those goals alongside Lisa and Jill would be amazing. But more than anything, I want my team to look back on this year and feel like they had a really good one and that they exceeded their own expectations.

If you’re hosting Tandym’s Executive Leadership Team for dinner at your place, what are you making and why?

Well, first of all, my husband is probably doing most of the cooking. He’s a great cook and has definitely taught me a lot, so he would be very flattered if this made it into the blog.

When I’m cooking on my own, I keep it pretty basic. Think chicken and a potato. Nothing fancy. But if I had to make something that I know I can actually do well, it would be a bolognese. I’m Italian, so anything Italian I can usually figure out and make taste good. Lasagna would also be in the running.

The difference between us is that when I cook, I use one pan and call it a day. When my husband cooks, he somehow uses every pan in the kitchen. But it’s always worth it. He’s definitely better than me, but I’m getting there.
